SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our studio. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We ship worldwide from Ukraine using reliable express and standard international networks.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & ARTWORK CREATION TIMES
Because every item in our shop is an authentic, hand-painted original piece of fine art or a highly customized digital portrait, creation times vary significantly by product type:
• Digital Portraits (Dog, Cat, Couple, House): Processing time takes 2–5 business days to complete the digital artwork and share previews for your final approval.
• Traditional Pencil & Dry Brush Portraits (On Paper): Processing and drawing time takes 3–5 business days.
• Original Oil Paintings (On Canvas or Base): Processing time takes 7–14 business days. Traditional oil paints require substantial time to dry properly before they can be safely packaged and shipped internationally.
• Peak Season Note: During holiday peak seasons (November–January), processing times may slightly increase due to our current order queue. We work strictly on a first-come, first-served basis to maintain premium fine-art quality.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We are proud to offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all our custom portraits, original oil paintings, and fine art drawings.
• Destination Regions: We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and select worldwide locations.
• Estimated Delivery Window: International shipping from Ukraine typically takes 10–25 business days depending on your local customs clearance and regional postal networks. 
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom inspections or peak holiday traffic, which are beyond our studio's control.

3. PACKAGING & SAFETY GUARANTEE
• Physical Artworks on Paper / Board: We never roll your original graphite or dry brush portraits into tubes. Artworks are securely sandwiched flat between rigid protective layers and shipped inside a heavy-duty box to ensure flawless arrival.
• Paintings on Canvas (Stretched): Paintings are wrapped in premium protective layers and tightly enclosed between durable custom hard panels to shield the textures from physical pressure during air flight.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your official international tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your package's entire journey from Ukraine to your doorstep.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Our studio is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order upon entering your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
